Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years in healthcare sales, preferably in home care, hospice, or senior services
• Excellent communication and relationship -building skills
• Proactive self -starter who thrives with independence and collaboration
• Knowledge of Twin Cities healthcare landscape a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand at hospitals, clinics, senior living facilities, and community events.
• Develop partnerships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and other key sources.
• Present the value of home care through compelling education and outreach.
• Align sales strategies with intake, field staff, and leadership for a seamless experience.
• Track performance, adjust outreach, and find new growth opportunities.
