Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic and transformation projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Lead timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide operational support to enable readiness for deployments and process improvements.
  • Identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain readiness plans for training and implementation.
  • Supports various business objectives across the team, as necessary
  • Lead engagement activations across ampm, Thorntons, and Branded Marketer channels of trade in partnership with regional sales teams
  • Plan and complete roadshows, conventions, customer hospitality and cultural events to drive engagement and alignment across the business.
  • Develop and maintain organizational calendars for major events and achievements.
  • Coordinate logistics for receptions, customer meetings, and award programs.
  • Prepare attendance reports, event summaries, customer master lists, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with interested parties to align agendas, content, and engagement strategies.
