About The Position

The Strategic Planning Associate plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the healthcare system. Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Planning, this position is responsible for data analysis, market research, and project management to inform leadership decision-making and ensure alignment with our mission and long-term goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about advancing healthcare services. The Medical Center offers a full complement of specialty and subspecialty services including ambulatory, behavioral health, cardiovascular, emergency/trauma, internal medicine, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedic/spine, rehabilitation, surgical specialty, women’s health, imaging and pediatrics.
