What is it like to work as Supply Chain? What does this role look like? This role oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between supply chain and other organizations. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions. In this role you will have the following daily key responsibilities:

Requirements

1+ years of professional experience
Experience with schedule management
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance , to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Please note: No clearance is required to apply, nor prior to start.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with leaders across a variety of functions (engineering, finance, operations, supply chain, etc.), and other organizations to help manage a variety of projects for the SMD Supply Chain Organization, including staffing projects (hiring or headcount management), talent projects (implementing new training or talent strategies), seating management as we expand our physical presence.
You will manage trackers, create metrics, communicate effectively with different personnel of all levels, to close on projects.
This role will also support the SMD Supply Chain director in the execution of the business rhythm, including supporting All Hands, Skip Levels, and Leadership Offsites.
This role will also support new hire onboarding and employee engagement as appropriate.
