The Strategic Partnerships Operations Lead will take the lead in identifying, developing, and managing relationships with law firms across California and beyond. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for referral partnerships, negotiating case-sharing agreements and ensuring alignment with DK Law’s standards of quality, ethics, and client care. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that combines business development, negotiation, and operational understanding. You’ll be both in the field and in our Costa Mesa HQ, representing the firm with professionalism, confidence, and a deep understanding of the personal injury workflow.
