POSITION OVERVIEW The ‘Quin Strategic Partnerships Manager is a full-time position and key hybrid role on the Programming & Marketing teams. Drafting plans within the department’s determined strategic framework – a blueprint, the partnerships manager is multi-faceted planning and operational role that contributes to the Programming departments 400+ events annually. The partnerships manager has a discerning eye for interesting content that would be most appropriate for a quiet luxury brand and its members. With a strong ability to meet the interests of a diverse community, the partnerships manager is methodical in proposing and enacting professional relationships while planning against a 12-month ongoing calendar. The ideal candidate is well-connected professionally, deeply experienced in navigating and securing national/international brand partnerships, and jointly proficient aligning strategic marketing opportunities. While this position is not immediately responsible for direct reports, their role is intimately tied together with each member of the Programming Team and additionally serves as a key marketing liaise. This role does require international travel and oversight/execution of Programming events for those genres that fall within the scope of this position.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, advanced education is a plus.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a related event/content planning position for luxury lifestyle brands
  • Expatriate or equivalent - considerable experience travelling internationally for extended periods. This candidate is an expert traveler with the ability to solve various travel-related obstacles effortlessly.
  • Multilingual applicants will take priority given the international travel component of this role.
  • This role requires a dedicated full-time employee; The ‘Quin will not consider candidates with alternative professional obligations. During the tenure of employment, The ‘Quin should remain the sole and exclusive interest through brand partnership negotiations.
  • Ability to work variable schedule including extended hours (multi-day travel), evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Experience planning and oversight of 75+ unique events or editorial content per year in previous roles.
  • Experience in a private social club or hospitality setting is a plus.
  • Experience planning key genres: Travel, Fashion/Design/Art, Culinary, Beverage, Health & Wellness
  • Tech-savvy and highly efficient in working within proprietary club software programs/systems.
  • Ability to take direction and assume responsibility for assigned tasks to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
  • A high degree of organization, flexibility, and reliability to set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, and work well under pressure.
  • Adaptable to last-minute changes and able to accommodate work beyond regular business hours
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence, including the ability to interact positively with all types of people in all levels of business.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the established programming department strategy and goals through their ability to concept events which fall into new and existing genres, meet the moment, and carry thematic alignment, mapping back to key priorities.
  • Planning and securing events within a 12-month outlook, with ability to detail the events at least 3-months in advance.
  • Lead planner of The ‘Quin’s ‘Venture Travel genre, curating the international trip itinerary and coordinating all aspects of the 4-8 day event schedule – including serving as trip host to 12-55 members. This includes the planning of advance Meet & Greet Receptions and trip Reunions held at the clubhouse.
  • Oversees the collaboration on behalf of Programming for Culinary & Beverage events: Explorateur (International Michelin-Starred Chef-In-Residence Series), Meet the Maker, Tastings & Classes (~30 collective events total, annually)
  • Owns planning & collaboration tied to recognized national and global holidays (calendar includes but is not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Lunar New Year, Ramadan, Passover, Easter, Fourth of July, Dia De Los Muertos as an example)
  • Contributes to planning/partnerships within existing Programming Genres – with heavy focus on one-of-a-kind speakers and bespoke programs.
  • Organizes 3x Annual Marquee Events (Halloween Party, Spring/Summer Party, New Year’s Eve Party) and jointly concepts opportunities & secures brand partnership(s) to supplement these events. In select cases the Strategic Partnerships Manager will plan through and manage the existing 3rd Party Event Planning Agency.
  • Manages tertiary partnerships and vision tied to tentpole events and holiday décor.
  • Secures succinct retail partnerships/loans/exchanges which afford continued strength in styling and content capture at Marketing photoshoots through the year.
  • Spearheads speaking and activation partnerships for 2026 Growth Genres: Performing Arts, Pop Culture, Health & Wellness - Beauty, Pique (Travel ‘Quin Chats)
  • Leads the partnerships pipeline and execution of curated retail collections and retail extensions tied to Programming: Evergreen – collection of merchandise available in the Health Club Seasonal – Infusing the retail center with timely giftable merchandise items. Out of Place Collection – Bespoke items tied to the retail collection footprint.
  • Understands the footprint, capacity, and availability of clubhouse venues and works collaboratively around Private Events and Restaurant GMs to secure and utilize venues effectively. Thinks strategically about how to maximize accommodation at all onsite events.
  • Collaborates with Event Production Manager to develop and deliver pre-event details to secured partners: Talent agenda/event timeline Reinforcing club policies Arrange & secure all physical materials (signage, books, menus etc.)
  • Responsible for departmental budget management and able to negotiate engagements with a trade value of audience exposure. Effective communication of plan progress to the Senior Director is essential.
