About The Position

Accrue is redefining how brands turn payments into loyalty. We help enterprise merchants launch their own branded wallets. This is not a traditional AE role. You'll play a key role in shaping our enterprise go-to-market strategy — how we position, sell, and win deals. You'll work directly with leadership to shape how we position the product, engage senior stakeholders, run and close complex deals, and refine our go-to-market motion over time. If you're excited by ambiguity, ownership, and building something new — this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Have worked in roles where you had to figure things out without a clear playbook
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem spaces
  • Are an excellent communicator, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Can connect product capabilities to real business outcomes
  • Want to move into (or deepen your experience in) a revenue-driving role

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with experience in startup sales, business development, solutions consulting, or early-stage operations could find success in this role

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact conversations with enterprise retailers and ecommerce brands
  • Identify and shape opportunities — not just run a predefined sales process
  • Help define our messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
  • Work across sales, partnerships, and product to drive deals forward
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, growth, and finance
  • Contribute to how we scale our GTM function over time
