You’re passionate about what they’re building, and you want to help all of their customers thrive. Orita already partners with over 80 agencies that support Klaviyo brands, and now we’re looking to deepen relationships with Klaviyo CSMs, PSMs and CGs; work closely with the Klaviyo product org; and help translate customer asks so that 1+1=3 (or ideally 30 or 300) Your forte is building relationships and fostering trust. You love being proactive and putting customers first. You’re the type of person who remembers everyone’s name at a dinner party as soon as you meet them. You move fast, carefully, and own your work. And you’re exceptional at understanding how to help brands win, and how agencies, leveraging the right technology, can accelerate that. Our job is to build world-class segments. Combining that with Klaviyo’s platform means that we can delight the end consumer, and in turn WOW our brands.
