We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to develop, launch, and scale partnerships with leading project management technology platforms. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping strategic direction, and coordinating cross-functional execution to ensure every partnership delivers meaningful customer value, revenue growth, and long-term sustainability. Partnerships include industry partners, technology synergies, and resellers. The focus is on driving profitable and sustainable growth for OxBlue. The ideal candidate is a builder with business development expertise, strong relationship skills, and project management capability that is paired with a deep understanding of the construction technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating and scaling strategic partnerships (not just managing existing ones).
  • Strong understanding of construction technology platforms and how they are applied in day-to-day workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable building a new, high-visibility role from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy with clear phases, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential partnerships, providing clear business cases to leadership.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment (sales, marketing, product, support) to deliver successful integrations and joint initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing partnerships.
  • Champion OxBlue within partner organizations while representing partner needs internally at OxBlue.
  • Identify joint customer value opportunities and lead them from concept to implementation.
  • Track KPIs, measure impact, and report regularly on strategic and financial performance.
