About The Position

The Meta Fashion team is seeking a highly strategic and partner-focused professional to join the Strategic Partnerships team. In this role, you will collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers, Product Teams, and external partners to facilitate product adoption to drive top line goals at Meta.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in fashion, social media strategy, or fashion marketing

Nice To Haves

Extensive knowledge and relationships in the fashion and beauty industries
Experience with client-facing partnerships
Knowledge and interest in Meta’s family of apps
Demonstrated communication skills
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Responsibilities

Execute activations and moments for product and marketing teams to collaborate with partners; create presentation materials as needed
Develop and implement both internal and external-facing programs and processes with the fashion partnerships team
Gather product feedback from partners in order to advocate for partner needs with product teams
Provide partners with education and support on platform policies and best practices strategies across Meta's family of apps and hardware
Facilitate payments and contracts, as well as maintain budgets, on behalf of the partnerships team working with relevant cross-functional teams`
