Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant work experience
• Strong interpersonal Skills
• Existing relationships within Army PEOs, PMs, and major commands.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, test, logistics, or mission support programs.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced growth environment.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Identify and obtain direct support providing expertise to key Army and/or DoD programs and customers.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with Army and DoD program offices, PEOs, PMs, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Shape acquisition strategies through early customer engagement, white papers, RFIs, industry days, and one-on-one meetings.
• Assist with developing 24–36 month pipeline of qualified Army opportunities.
• Establish and negotiate teaming agreements, strategic partnerships, and subcontracting arrangements to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Support proposal development efforts, including solution integration, black hat reviews, color team reviews, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with operations leadership to transition won work into successful program execution.
