About The Position

JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive sourcing activities for respective categories by following Source-to-Contract process Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned minor CAPEX projects for all procurement related topics Plan and execute sourcing activities in assigned minor CAPEX projects by following Source-to-Contract process ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify cost reduction potentials for the assigned categories and derive measures to realize the potential based on category strategy Implement cost reduction measures systematically Manage all procurement related activities arising from Change Requests Conduct supplier management activities based on category strategy actively Prepare and conduct Source-to-Contract process end-to-end, incl. lead framework contract negotiations with suppliers in the assigned categories Conduct project procurement activities for assigned CAPEX projects, in particular the development and execution of sourcing plan and execution plan JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to drive complex negotiations and to maintain sustainable stakeholder and supplier relationships Good knowledge of Procurement methods, tools and processes and related cross-functional activities, ideally also good knowledge of Project Procurement methods Know-how in products / services in respective assigned categories Well balanced between strategic thinking and practical implementation Excellent communication skills Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP Excellent command of written and spoken English, very good skill of the working language in the respective cluster or terminal Advario is a leading tank storage and infrastructure solutions provider for chemicals, gases and new energies, headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to drive complex negotiations and to maintain sustainable stakeholder and supplier relationships
• Good knowledge of Procurement methods, tools and processes and related cross-functional activities, ideally also good knowledge of Project Procurement methods
• Know-how in products / services in respective assigned categories
• Well balanced between strategic thinking and practical implementation
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, very good skill of the working language in the respective cluster or terminal
