About The Position

At Stream, leadership is built—not handed down. As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will lead a local marketing team, develop market strategies, and guide the execution of property, pursuit, and brand marketing initiatives that fuel business development and amplify Stream’s reputation in your region. You’ll collaborate closely with brokers and senior leaders while mentoring a growing team and positioning yourself as a future Strategic Marketing Director. You will report to the Regional Strategic Marketing Director and collaborate directly with local Market Leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, including team oversight or project leadership.
  • Portfolio of past work, including examples of campaign execution, pitch collateral, and team leadership impact.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to advance into director-level leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and grow team members.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and visual quality.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, CMS platforms, social scheduling platforms, and project tracking tools.
  • Confidence working directly with senior leaders and client-facing professionals.

  • Experience in commercial real estate, agency, or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the local marketing lead responsible for aligning strategy with business development goals and market opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists and coordinators.
  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing, brokers, and market leadership to prioritize needs and deliver solutions.
  • Own the market-level marketing calendar, resource planning, and team performance reviews.
  • Lead the execution of pursuit marketing, including proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Guide messaging, positioning, and visual storytelling to ensure client-centric, compelling content.
  • Partner with brokers to shape pursuit strategies and bring winning ideas to life.
  • Direct campaign strategy and creative production for listings, developments, and repositioned assets.
  • Oversee the development of flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, signage, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all deliverables reflect Stream’s brand voice, visual identity, and quality standards.
  • Create and manage a local social media calendar, leveraging brand-aligned content to support property and platform awareness.
  • Collaborate with national and regional teams to amplify messaging through digital channels.
  • Monitor trends and proactively bring new digital tactics into local market execution.
  • Coordinate with research, GIS, design, and national marketing teams to integrate data and visual strategy.
  • Leverage internal tools including CRM, template libraries, and marketing platforms to streamline execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve processes.
