About The Position

Our Strategic Implementation Team drives the successful delivery of high-impact business initiatives that align with the firm’s long-term vision and strategic priorities. We work cross-functionally to ensure alignment, operational readiness, and effective risk management for new business activities and large-scale initiatives. The team plays a critical role in designing and delivering programs that enable growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization. We are looking for a Specialist to join the Strategic Implementation team to play a critical role in problem-solving and decision facilitation, helping to evaluate and articulate business plans for new trading products, new trading strategies, office openings, and business verticals. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the Businesses and Investment Services to assess feasibility, identify challenges, and develop actionable solutions that support the firm’s growth. Your work will help drive alignment across key stakeholders and ensure the successful launch of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a financial institution or consulting firm, with proven ability to solve complex problems and support strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and financial product knowledge, with ability to synthesize information, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions
  • Deep interest in financial products and strategies, combined with intellectual curiosity and a quick learning ability
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing priorities effectively
  • Program management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver thoughtful, concise recommendations
  • Strong presentation capabilities, including experience in strategic planning and delivering materials to senior leadership
  • Ability to foster collaboration and build consensus across teams
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new initiatives, including trading products, new trading strategies, office openings and business verticals, to understand operational requirements and risks
  • Partner with business managers and other stakeholders to assess and document business plans
  • Assess operational requirements, financial information, pre-go-live conditions, and risks to ensure readiness and alignment with firm’s objectives
  • Facilitate discussions to address challenges and propose solutions for successful launch of new business activities
  • Develop clear and concise materials for and participate in meetings with senior leadership to review new initiatives
  • Develop and refine repeatable frameworks and playbooks for assessing and supporting new business initiatives
  • Provide management reporting on key initiatives
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure initiatives are progressing effectively, resolving challenges, and achieving key milestones
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and resource needs to ensure successful execution
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on status of initiatives, highlighting progress, challenges, and next step recommendations
