With a 99% client retention rate, we elevate expectations to a new level of efficiency, effectiveness and transparency where smarter, better, faster healthcare is possible. About This Opportunity: As a member of the FP&A leadership team and high-impact partner to the VP of FP&A, the Strategic Finance Manager will focus on bringing greater depth, rigor, and clarity of financial analysis across the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening enterprise-level modeling capabilities, elevating scenario analysis, and supporting high-impact strategic initiatives tied to growth, profitability, and capital allocation. This includes working with complex, large-scale datasets and applying a transaction-level, diligence-oriented mindset to evaluate business performance. This role is well-suited for those with advanced financial modeling expertise and a demonstrated ability to translate sophisticated analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders, with exposure to senior leadership and enterprise decision-making. You may have a background in investment banking or transaction services and seek an opportunity in a strategic, non-transactional operating environment with greater ownership and ongoing impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction services (financial due diligence), private equity, or other highly analytical, performance-driven finance roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, including building integrated 3-statement models, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and valuation frameworks (e.g., DCF)
  • Experience working with large, high-volume datasets and translating data into structured financial insights.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex quantitative analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated comfort operating in a private equity-backed or similarly performance-driven setting.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with planning systems, ERP platforms, and data visualization tools preferred.
  • High intellectual rigor, strong ownership mindset, and ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
  • Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
