About The Position

As the Trust and Securities Services (TSS) lead for strategy and change you will partner with our global businesses to help define, articulate and track our strategy. You will support the management of our portfolio of businesses in developing and executing their strategy as well as helping drive both ad-hoc and strategic change initiatives. You will have extensive exposure to senior management and visibility across a global business portfolio. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in financial services, management consultancy or change execution
  • Understanding of financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or beyond

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy development and change execution across TSS
  • Deliver key presentations and updates to senior management and governance forums
  • Provide data driven insights and reports to support senior management decision making
  • Interact with wider bank colleagues including responding to ad-hoc requests
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and ad-hoc change projects
  • Work with stakeholders across seniorities from around the world
