Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience planning market research or financial analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development or healthcare
  • Expertise in tools and software such as Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheets, and other partner management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Profiling/Market Analysis – Support new partnership leads driven by leadership. Utilize various channels to discover potential opportunities and conduct analyses on viability of opportunities. In collaboration with Strategic Planning, conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Performance Metrics – Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and materials for executive leadership. Ensure that all materials are accurate, insightful, and aligned with strategic objectives. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead sourcing efforts. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Growth Due Diligence – Conduct initial due diligence on potential leads to assessing their viability and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Synthesizes complex market, clinical, and competitive data into actionable insights using structured diligence frameworks, enabling faster, evidence-based decision-making for high-impact investment and partnership opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant information.
  • Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, industry players, and stakeholders. Foster a network of contacts to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities. Implements structured engagement strategies to maintain high-value connections, enabling timely identification of collaboration opportunities and accelerating partnership development cycles.
  • Financial Modeling - In collaboration with Finance, develops financial models (including three-statement models) and review/supports valuation models.
