About The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Development Analyst to support our Vendor Relations and Strategic Partnerships teams. This role plays a critical part in driving Gross Margin improvement and enhancing Vendor Performance through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into clear, business‑focused recommendations.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and PowerPivot
  • Strong experience with Power BI and other reporting or business intelligence tools
  • Experience creating dashboards and performance metrics for business teams
  • Ability to present data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner

  • Experience supporting vendor management, strategic partnerships, procurement, or finance teams
  • Background in analytics, business intelligence, finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and market data to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for improvement
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the review and ongoing management of vendor agreements
  • Consolidate and maintain visibility into key monthly and annual vendor milestones
  • Support service owner forums by tracking action items, ownership, and follow‑up activities
  • Partner cross‑functionally to provide insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making
