This role focuses on improving operational performance by analyzing trends, building and maintaining metrics, and supporting complex initiatives through strong analytical rigor and collaboration. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, FP&A, strategy, or strategic operations
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel with experience working with large datasets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates effectively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify operational trends, cost drivers, workflow bottlenecks, and performance improvement opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, define, and refine KPIs and performance metrics
  • Build, maintain, and quality check dashboards and reports using SQL and Excel
  • Support scenario modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses
  • Contribute to project management for cross-department initiatives, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for analytics and reporting enhancements
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting, documentation, and repeatable operational processes
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical partners
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct
