We are currently seeking a highly motivated design thought partner and customer experience strategist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience who will serve as Strategic Design and Experience Lead to support a Federal Government contract. Must pass a background check for security clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and must be able to work on site in Washington, DC. In this role, you will combine vision and execution by fostering human-centered design, guiding creative and brand strategy, interpreting customer feedback and user insights, and enabling modern, accessible, and data informed customer experiences.
