Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Up to two years of experience in strategic planning
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools, lifecycles, etc.
  • Proficiency using MS Office tools

Nice To Haves

  • Strategic planning experience
  • Insurance/financial services experience
  • Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma methodology
  • Documentation experience
  • 1 year of retirement specific experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update strategic planning templates and communications under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist with the updating of strategic initiatives and assigned strategic dashboards/tracking mechanisms.
  • Support strategic planning processes, priorities, capabilities, measures of success, etc. Includes cadence and timing of various inputs/outputs.
  • Help identify integrations and establish contacts across the organization to align efforts and plan implementation.
  • Support preparation of presentations for delivery to specific audiences.
  • Will prepare escalations to share with leadership as necessary.
