The Strategic Broker Relationship Leader will be a key member of the Global Distribution team, focusing on managing strategic brokers worldwide. This position is responsible for driving enterprise engagement and developing and executing initiatives to establish AXIS as a market leader in North American specialty retail. The role involves close collaboration with the North American Leadership Team and Business Unit Leaders to align strategy, engagement, and connectivity across the US & Canadian market. Additionally, this individual will serve as a primary local business development manager for key producer relationships. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on, high-energy, and visible distribution thought leader with a successful track record in a top-tier commercial insurance carrier or broker, demonstrating a proven ability to drive and develop profitable growth within a focused broker relationship model. The role is based in NY/NJ/Chicago/Alpharetta and operates under a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office and external face-to-face meetings with partners and clients, along with 50% travel across North America.
