The Strategic Assistant, Commercial Strategy is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on strategic initiatives for a high-growth, MN-based business. This position will provide administrative and project management support to the Chief Commercial Officer who oversees Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy and extends support to the CEO. The Strategic Assistant, Commercial Strategy will serve as a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and must be able to anticipate the needs of an executive and proactively address them. The role is accountable for administrative and project management support around strategic initiatives, calendar management, and digital communications (internal and external email, presentation prep, memo drafting). This role will build key relationships within the Commercial division and across the organization, providing professional and timely communication and deliverables. The ideal candidate for this role is a born teammate, hungry to continuously learn about high-growth brands, product/consumer/market variables, and interpersonal relationships through working with a best-in-class team.
