About The Position

The manager is a member of the Strategic and Audience Support division. The
Innovation Team provides research-based strategic recommendations to
administration for seminary and institute student experience improving impact
and increasing reach, workforce experience, interaction with parents and Church
leaders, and more. The work of the manager helps youth and young adults deepen
their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, qualify for the
blessings of the temple, and prepare themselves, their families, and others for
eternal life with their Father in Heaven.
