About The Position

The manager is a member of the Strategic and Audience Support division. The Innovation Team provides research-based strategic recommendations to administration for seminary and institute student experience improving impact and increasing reach, workforce experience, interaction with parents and Church leaders, and more. The work of the manager helps youth and young adults deepen their conversion to Jesus Christ and His restored gospel, qualify for the blessings of the temple, and prepare themselves, their families, and others for eternal life with their Father in Heaven. Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.
