About The Position

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — Remote (Must reside in Arkansas) Additional Information: Leads the strategic planning process, providing oversight of the department budget, managing key projects, utilizing predictive analytics modeling, and coordinating the facilitation of varied councils and committees. In addition to the core responsibilities outlined in this job description, this position will have a strategic focus supporting key platforms used across the organization. This role blends program management responsibilities with functional and application support to ensure operational continuity, effective adoption, and successful delivery of system-enabled initiatives. Key platform responsibilities include, but are not limited to: AchieveIt – Serve as the primary technical and analytical resource for the AchieveIt platform. Responsibilities include configuring dashboards, supporting user adoption, troubleshooting integration or data issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to align platform usage with Strategy team initiatives and organizational goals. RL6 (RLDatix) – Provide application and workflow support for the RL6 system, including incident intake forms, reporting, and system configuration. Partner closely with the Safety & Quality team to ensure the system effectively supports safety reporting processes, regulatory needs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform – Participate in the selection and implementation of a new RPA platform. Once selected, provide ongoing support for automated workflows, including process mapping, bot configuration, exception handling, and coordination with business owners to ensure the continued effectiveness, reliability, and scalability of automated solutions. Across all supported platforms, this role is expected to: Assist with escalated or higher-impact help desk tickets related to supported applications Coordinate troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex or recurring issues Support testing, validation, and go-live activities for system changes and enhancements Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through improved self-service, documentation, automation, or process improvements Maintain sufficient functional knowledge to effectively manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations within active programs

Responsibilities

  • Develop project management strategies and work with discipline leaders to execute plans
  • Act as project lead and coordinate project activities ensuring work is progressing as planned and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed.
  • Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources based on scope of work and project goals. Monitor project risks and identify potential problems, proactively identify solutions.
  • Document and communicate project status and strategic recommendations, escalate issues accordingly, identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present both written and oral reports regarding the status of projects, variances, benefit realization metrics, project budget analysis and status of projects.
  • Engage in conversations with stakeholders using appropriate communication methods to achieve desired results. Promote positive communications between all entities.
  • Use analytical skills and judgement to solve problems with limited information. Query internal and external databases; interpret and analyze data.
  • Perform strong risk analytics and risk mitigation strategies, recommending alternatives.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the operational and strategic importance of work to align with system-wide intiatives.
  • Compiles accurate data and prepares forecast and other trend analysis in collaboration with finance. Identifies, analyzes and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth and productivity.
