Strategic Administrator-Alliances & Ballot Chasing Trainer
About The Position
Turning Point Action is seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional to serve as the Chase the Vote Training & Alliances Administrator. This role sits at the intersection of field training, alliance development, and strategic coordination, ensuring that both internal staff and external partners are equipped to execute Chase the Vote effectively. This individual will be responsible for training and coaching Ballot Chasing Representatives, developing instructional materials, and tracking training performance, while also cultivating strategic alliances with conservative organizations to strengthen and expand our grassroots reach. The ideal candidate is comfortable teaching in a classroom, coaching in the field, and representing the organization publicly with partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a corporate trainer
- Effective teaching methods and tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Effective interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
- Good listening skills that enable trainees to retain important information and apply it in the field
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles
