About The Position

Work with Strategic Account Administrative Supervisor and assist Strategic Accounts Managers in the continued growth and maintenance of our National, Regional, Fleet, and Co-Op customer base. Responsible for sales tracking, reporting, system maintenance and internal reporting as it pertains to Strategic Account customers, as well as general support for Strategic Account Managers, Field Management and the Strategic Accounts Administrative Team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Process daily loads for all National, Regional, Fleet, and Co-Op customers; Load to specified group code, apply pricing, add to RMP or other tracking reports, send confirmation letters. Build sales reports and balance of sales (BOS) reports for assigned Strategic Account Managers. Build monthly/quarterly sales and rebate reports. Assist Strategic Accounts team with customized reporting requests. Be proficient in various discount types and rules for each discount types. Process large pricing changes. Have an understanding of the different bid batches and how to apply customers to the bid batches to ensure they are receiving their contracted pricing. Organize location listings we receive into formats for the GIS team to run an O’Reilly store matchup. Locate existing accounts from matchup. Ensure pricing is consistent across the group, customers are assigned to correct customer type, loaded to RMP if needed. Build PowerPoint presentations for Strategic Account Managers/Directors for customers. Build maps to be used on presentations. Be assigned to 1 or 2 Strategic Account Managers. Have weekly meetings with assigned Strategic Account Managers. Facilitate requests from their assigned Strategic Account Managers and from the RFSMs/TSMs in the Strategic Account Manager’s assigned regions. Assist team on RFPs/RFIs/RFQs. Search and view check request status. Interpret various rebate programs. Basic understanding of queries/VBA. Run a variety of Microsoft queries for customer specific sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of data research and analysis
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High School level math skills
  • Ability to manage workload and meet frequent deadlines
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and competitors
  • Basic automotive parts knowledge
  • General understanding of Microsoft Queries in Excel
  • Analytical mindset
  • Committed to any additional training as necessary
