About The Position

Client is seeking a Strategic Accounts Director to lead development and expansion of high value OEM partnerships within our contract manufacturing platform. This role is responsible for penetrating, structuring, and scaling long term manufacturing agreements with OEM customers across targeted industrial verticals. We are looking for a senior commercial leader with deep experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding environments who understands how to build durable, margin aligned OEM relationships. This position partners with the Director of Sales and executive leadership to drive sustainable OEM growth.

Requirements

  • 12–20+ years in contract manufacturing sales or strategic account leadership
  • Direct experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding required
  • Proven history of securing complex OEM production programs
  • Deep understanding of fabrication, welding standards, materials, and operational constraints
  • Strong executive presence and strategic mindset

  • Machining experience a strong plus
