Responsibilities Client Strategy & Account Management Manage a portfolio of clients with varying service levels, serving as their primary point of contact for campaign updates, reporting, and strategic guidance. Build strong consultative relationships with clients by understanding their goals and aligning marketing efforts accordingly. Lead client onboarding, set expectations, and ensure long-term success with Firegang. Communicate performance insights clearly and confidently through email, calls, and reporting meetings. Paid Media & Performance Optimization Execute ongoing optimizations across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts following Firegang and industry best practices. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and lead quality. Support the Performance Team and SEM leadership with day-to-day ad account management, reporting, and documentation. Conduct research and share insights that support strategic campaign planning and growth opportunities. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned. Document updates and maintain accurate client and campaign data within project management tools. Provide educational support to clients around reputation management, conversion strategy, and marketing best practices.
