ALASTIN Skincare, Inc., founded in 2015 and located in Carlsbad, CA, is the fastest-growing physician-dispensed skincare company in the U.S., offering innovative, scientifically proven, and clinically tested products for optimal procedure results and daily skincare regimens. Following its acquisition by Galderma, the world’s largest independent dermatology company, Alastin continues its rapid growth as an independent business unit. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for driving significant growth in select, high-potential accounts by partnering with Account Managers within the Area. The SAM will conduct comprehensive business assessments for practices, identify opportunities for Alastin growth, and develop S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound) action plans. Strategic Accounts are determined based on specific criteria, including a commitment to partnering with Alastin and a validated opportunity for product, provider, and/or location expansion. The SAM reports to the Strategic Account Sales Manager and will mentor Regional teams on developing and growing retail profit centers, maximizing marketing strategies, and optimizing patient experience through analysis of reports and ROI.
