Following its acquisition by Galderma, Alastin continues rapid growth as an independent business unit. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for driving significant growth in select, high-potential accounts. The SAM will partner with Account Managers within the Area to support growth of their identified Strategic Accounts. The SAM will conduct a comprehensive business assessment for practices, identify opportunities for Alastin growth, and develop a S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound) action plan for growth. Strategic Accounts will be determined based on specific criteria, including a commitment to partnering with Alastin and a validated opportunity for product, provider, and/or location expansion. The SAM will report to the Strategic Account Sales Manager and will provide mentoring to the Regional teams regarding developing and growing retail profit centers, maximizing marketing strategies, and optimizing patient experience by analyzing reports and ROI.
