The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) – Energy & Infrastructure is responsible for owning, managing, and expanding relationships with a defined group of Tier-1 energy infrastructure customers, including large upstream, midstream, and industrial operators. This role focuses on long-term account leadership rather than transactional selling with the goal of significantly growing the Black Label Services sales into the Midstream and Upstream markets. The Strategic Account Manager serves as the primary commercial interface between the customer and the company, coordinating internally across engineering, operations, service, and leadership to ensure consistent execution, profitable growth, and high customer satisfaction.
