About The Position

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the dedicated growth partner and relationship owner for CallRail's largest accounts. Your mission is to maximize the lifetime value and MRR across your assigned book of clients by driving high engagement and accelerating the adoption of new services. You will build deep, strategic relationships to ensure the CallRail platform is integral to the organization's operational success and client service offerings, securing a mutually beneficial growth trajectory.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Partner Management, or Business Development, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale partner relationships, focusing on retention and driving joint business outcomes.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and marketing concepts to C-level executives.
  • Experience in identifying and supporting co-marketing initiatives to strengthen partner relationships and drive growth.
  • A highly collaborative approach, comfortable working across internal and external teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to deliver on partner goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Growth & Industry Leadership: Act as a strategic consultant to a portfolio of CallRail's largest partners. Stay ahead of the curve on trends, challenges, and shifts within the Marketing industry as well as the markets served by these partners.
  • Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain industry-leading retention rates across your portfolio by demonstrating continuous strategic value, conducting in-depth partnership reviews, and ensuring high partner satisfaction.
  • Product Enablement & Adoption: Lead training, enablement, and strategic discussions to ensure client teams are experts on the CallRail platform, driving rapid adoption of new features, services, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Solution Selling: Understand the complex, evolving needs of your strategic accounts, proactively positioning and tailoring CallRail solutions to solve their specific business challenges and drive mutual growth.
  • Contract Management: Lead the negotiation and renewal of custom partnership agreements, focusing on value-based terms and long-term
