About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with deep ecosystem relationships, experience selling electrical products and solutions into data center environments. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise across an electrical portfolio—including commodities such as conduit, wire, switchgear, and various electrical components and fittings. Established relationships with hyperscale end users, contractors, and systems integrators are essential, as is a demonstrated track record supporting large-scale projects and complex stakeholder groups. Candidates should be highly customer focused, understand how to build a strategy, and execute it, while possessing strong organizational and negotiation skills. In this role, you’ll be a key leader in driving strategic sales growth, cultivating relationships, and expanding market share. You’ll combine business acumen, industry insight, and collaboration to create value for our customers and strengthen Kirby Risk’s market position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data center operations, architecture, or related technical environments.
  • Proven track record in B2B strategic sales, preferably in technology or infrastructure services.
  • Established network within data center end users and ecosystem partners (integrators, contractors).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and execute with precision.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Leverage CRM tools and analytics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
  • Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the Kirby Risk brand with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that position our organization as a trusted partner for major data center clients and ecosystem partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across enterprise data centers, construction firms, contractors, and integrators to accelerate opportunity creation.
  • Partner with account managers to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities through consultative selling and strategic engagement.
  • Utilize our full suite of solutions and services to create new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Ensure agreements align with company goals and client requirements while fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain expertise in emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and evolving data center strategies.
