Allstar Home Services is expanding our Storm & Roofing Division and seeking driven individuals ready to earn based on performance. This is a commission-based opportunity with serious income potential and room to grow into long-term leadership roles. Our team works directly with homeowners to inspect properties, identify damage, and guide them through restoration solutions. Responsibilities
- Prospecting in storm-impacted neighborhoods
- Conducting roof and exterior inspections
- Identifying storm or age-related damage
- Educating homeowners on repair/replacement options
- Supporting clients through insurance claims when applicable
- Managing follow-ups and closing deals
