About The Position

Allstar Home Services is actively hiring Storm Recovery Sales Consultants to meet increased demand during peak storm season. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for driven individuals who want high earning potential without income caps. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners who have experienced storm damage or exterior wear. You’ll conduct property inspections, educate customers on restoration solutions, and guide them through the insurance process when applicable. No prior sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training and field support.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods impacted by storms
• Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters)
• Identify storm-related or age-related damage
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Assist customers through the insurance claim process when applicable
• Close sales and maintain customer follow-up
