The Storekeeper is responsible for keeping inventory (in accordance with par stock levels), receiving and maintaining a cleanly environment within the storeroom and refrigerated areas. Completes orders of supplies as scheduled and as needed. Additionally, serves as the front line contact for delivery and assesses, escalates and resolves any issues at the time of delivery. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English required
  • Basic mathematic knowledge required
  • One (1) year experience within the hospitality arena required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing controls, storage procedures and delivery protocol required.
  • Work requires extensive standing and walking.
