Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (retail, restaurant, or similar preferred).
• Customer service experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to work efficiently and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and ensure a positive experience.
• Lead and support team members throughout the shift.
• Operate the point-of-sale register and manage daily store operations.
• Plan and create engaging merchandise displays.
• Restock shelves, deli bar, coolers, and freezers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash removal and restroom cleaning.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure 5-star service.
• Assist with inventory, staff scheduling, and staffing coverage.
• Oversee janitorial and maintenance teams to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
