Requirements
- Stewarding, dishwasher, or kitchen utility experience preferred
- Previous supervisor or team lead experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Push carts and equipment
- Frequent bending and lifting
Responsibilities
- Supervise dishwashing and stewarding operations
- Assign daily cleaning schedules and duties
- Ensure kitchens and equipment meet sanitation standards
- Train and coach stewarding team members
- Maintain organization of kitchen equipment and storage areas
- Monitor inventory of china, glassware, and utensils
- Support efficiency of culinary operations
- Lead by example with hands-on support
