Washing, scrubbing or polishing utensils such as pots, pans, trays, silverware and plates. Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and disposing of garbage. Loads and unload dish machines. Keep dish room organized Wash wares in 3 bay sink. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen walls, coolers and freezers (both walk-in and reach-in), and ceilings (including air vents and light fixtures). Cleans and scrubs the dock and trash areas. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen floors and drains in all food and beverage service areas. Keep areas stocked including paper towels and soap. Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Maintains kitchen area, equipment, and environment to a high caliber of cleanliness and upkeep defined by the deep cleaning scope. Perform other duties as assigned.
