The Steward Stocker stocks all dishware, groceries, non-perishable items delivered daily for the food and beverage department. Responsible for stocking all china, groceries, and non-perishable items delivered daily for the F&B Department. Organizes food storage areas along with assuring proper rotation, labeling, and cross contamination isn't present. Stocker also subject to any other tasks given by lead steward including: disposing of trash, washing dishes / pots, and any other cleaning assignments.
