The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Steward who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Steward maintains cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen compliant with Chapter 50 Hawaii Health code regulations. The Steward will also assist with transportation of product between properties and maintain inventory of proper cleaning supplies, and has knowledge of MSDS. Applicants must be comfortable around industrial size dish machines and have the ability to learn their operation. Clean and sanitize dishware, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas using proper machines, solutions, and protective gear while adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain neatness and organization in all kitchens and back-of-house spaces through regular cleaning and monitoring. Safely operate equipment, handle cleaning materials, and set aside damaged items for repair as needed. And More!
