This position is for the Cascades Pool at Winstar World Casino & Resort. Cascades is a 5-acre pool complex featuring luxurious amenities and experiences across two tiers, inspired by natural elements. It offers an intimate lounge, cabana spaces, and three large outdoor bars (Mid Bar, Elite Bar, and Grand Main Bar) providing food and drink service tailored to casino guests.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high‑volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, sit, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must follow all safety policies, procedures, and required training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain grooming and dress code standards.
  • Strong work ethics with a sense of urgency and dedication to quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all opening and closing procedures as directed by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisors.
  • Monitor stock levels and retrieve supplies or equipment as needed for the venue.
  • Maintain assigned areas in a clean, tidy, and orderly condition.
  • Ensure requisitions are delivered promptly.
  • Assist with unloading pallets and stocking storerooms and side stations.
  • Set up and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Wash all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and equipment using proper techniques.
  • Store cleaned equipment and utensils in their designated locations.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Transport food, supplies, and equipment throughout the venue as needed.
