JOB PURPOSE:  

Supporting and managing tutors on-site at STEP & Satellite locations during
evening hours.

Requirements

• Tutoring experience, management experience.
• Familiarity with STEP and logistics of program.
• Experience with dealing with difficult students.
• Ability to manage difficult situations.
