About The Position
Responsible for providing guests with professional, prompt and courteous food and beverage service, while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.
Requirements
- Must be customer service and team oriented.
- Must be guest and team player.
- Ability to work in a fasted paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Must be organized.
- Must be adaptable and flexible, willing, and able to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to follow directions and work quickly during periods of peak business.
- Must be able to speak conversational English.
- S. Nevada Health District Food Handler Card.
- Alcohol Awareness Card, if 21 years old or older.
Responsibilities
- Assist server as directed.
- Provide plates and table service to service areas. Remove glassware, coffee cups, plates and silverware from tables. Remove full bus tubs to dishwashing area.
- Wipe all food particles from table, chairs, and booths into bus tubs.
- Reset tables with plates, glasses, silverware and napkins.
- Constant attention to detail to meet the needs of the server and guests.
- Sweeps under and around tables when needed.
- Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
