You’ll coordinate schedules, guide your team, and keep our night shift running smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

FAA Certification under 14 CFR Part 65
Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Part 43 & 145 regulations
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Familiarity with Repair Station Manuals (RSM, QCM, Training, and Forms Manuals)
Experience inspecting and maintaining aircraft or components
Enrollment in a Repair Station Drug & Alcohol Program
Ability to commute or relocate required

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities during the night shift.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA-approved data and regulations.
Supervise, inspect, and approve work for return to service.
Train, support, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
Monitor facility conditions, tooling, and equipment to keep everything safe and organized.
Manage staffing and operational needs to meet customer schedules and budgets.
Verify that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
Communicate with customers and management to ensure smooth operations.
