You’ll coordinate schedules, guide your team, and keep our night shift running smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

  • FAA Certification under 14 CFR Part 65
  • Strong knowledge of 14 CFR Part 43 & 145 regulations
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Familiarity with Repair Station Manuals (RSM, QCM, Training, and Forms Manuals)
  • Experience inspecting and maintaining aircraft or components
  • Enrollment in a Repair Station Drug & Alcohol Program
  • Ability to commute or relocate required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities during the night shift.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA-approved data and regulations.
  • Supervise, inspect, and approve work for return to service.
  • Train, support, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
  • Monitor facility conditions, tooling, and equipment to keep everything safe and organized.
  • Manage staffing and operational needs to meet customer schedules and budgets.
  • Verify that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Communicate with customers and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Keep the night shift running like a well-oiled machine!
