The State Chain Manager is responsible for driving national and regional retail execution, volume growth, distribution and brand visibility through direct HQ buyer engagement, strategic distributor management, and advanced data-driven insights. This role serves as the key liaison between Campari and top national and regional grocery chain buyers in Illinois, owning the business planning process, retail programming, and execution across a defined geography. This individual will leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) to inform decisions, optimize performance, and build compelling, insight-driven presentations. The mission is to drive visibility and brand standards focused on Strategic Brands within the Campari portfolio concentrated in the Retail Grocery channel, but inclusive of local large chains, i.e. Binny’s.
