The selected candidate is expected to work a minimum of the first two weeks in the office to assist in learning the position. This position serves as the Recruitment Manager for the Michigan Department of Corrections. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, evaluation and documentation of all new employee recruitment efforts for the Department, including recruitment for the Officer Recruit Training (ORT) Academies.
