We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Recruitment Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role is critical to ensuring Grön has the right talent in place to support our fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate is a strong people manager, an exceptional communicator, and highly skilled at navigating high-volume recruiting while adapting to daily staffing fluctuations. This role partners closely with Grön leadership to proactively plan, execute, and adjust hiring strategies. The Recruitment Manager will oversee and support our Recruiter, manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies, and ensure all pre-onboarding, compliance, and facility badging requirements are completed accurately and on time. Individuals based in or around Eastern PA, South Jersey, or Northern Delaware will be considered first with a preference to someone based in Philadelphia. Working hours may vary each day to support multiple time zones. I preference will be held for someone who is able to travel locally and has access to a car, 10-20% travel required.
