Summary of Primary Functions: Provide support services for BDS and Field services by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products. Calculating Industrial Engineering standards. Create shop orders in the ERP system. Assign Material and labor to each shop order. Answers phones, redirects calls, and takes messages. Commits pours from the scheduling system to create shop order in the ERP system. Read shop cards and enter in to IE Masters to calculate standards. Communicates labor recording discrepancies with appropriate party. Checks shop cards for discrepancies and obtains clarification from engineering. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Closing and selling orders. Consult with IE on manufacturing process to read IE Masters correctly. Month end procedures as specified by accounting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Less than 1 year of prior or related experience is required.
